Week 2 Menu Plan

Here’s the menu plan for this coming week. My birthday is a week from this Monday, so I’m making the chocolate cake next Saturday so we can enjoy one slice a day for a couple days. I have enough groceries left from this past week to make it through Wednesday so that’s good. We’re repeating a few meals we really liked from this last week and trying a few new ones. We’ll see how it goes!

  2. Best of luck with your journey. I have a friend who was having the same GI problems and was recommended to do the Flat Belly Diet. At about the same time she decided to see an allergist (sp?) and was shocked to find out some of the foods her body doesn't react well to were tomatoes and carrots! So she had to stop the diet and based on a list of foods that was given to her by the dr. she is now feeling so much better. On occasion she'll eat a little bit of a no food and can usually tell quickly. She's also lost a good amount of weight. I just wanted to mention this to you since you said you were having the bloat earlier.
I am also starting on my own fitness/weight loss journey, though it's not as structured as yours. I look forward to reading your story and continued success!
