My Motivation

Ever since I played my uncle’s Wii Fit at my cousin’s wedding this June, I’ve wanted to get one so bad. I never had a gaming system growing up and didn’t think I’d ever want to own one, but the Wii really is awesome.

In the short time I used it, I realized how much it was helping me increase my center balance point. It showed me that normally I stand leaning towards the back right side of my body. That probably explains why when I experience lower back pain it’s always worse on my right side.

I asked for a Wii for Christmas, but then hubby and I decided to save money this year and not exchange gifts. Maybe I’ll get one for my birthday on the 1st (can I just say that it stinks that I’ll have to wait a good two weeks in order to have birthday cake to celebrate, but I’m going to stick to this Flat Belly Diet!), but if not, I’ve started to save some of my Christmas money and I’ll save some birthday money to reward myself with a Wii Fit if I faithfully complete the Flat Belly Diet.

 

At times, I think that might be even more motivation than fitting in my size 4 pants again!
