So far so good. My stomach issues seem to be correcting themselves which is awesome news. Even if I don't lose anymore weight or inches, that alone will make this "diet" worthwhile.
Today's menu is kinda up in the air still. We're celebrating hubby's grandma's 91st birthday. I hear we're having salmon which we should be able to enjoy, but if not, I have a backup plan of pulled pork sliders with coleslaw. Instead of cake, we'll be enjoying a macademia nut blondie...they are so good!
Don't know if I've lost anymore weight or inches this week (I'll find out again on Tuesday morning), but I am a little bloated because it's that time of month and I'm sure that will impact things.
The workouts have been going well. My muscles are sore and my pants are starting to fit a little better already and it's just been one full week since we started the whole thing.
Definitely think hubby and I will be sticking with this type of eating plan as much as possible for the future.
