So far, hubby and I are questioning the “anti” part of the 4 day “anti-bloat jump start”. Both of us are more bloated than we’ve ever been and we can’t figure out why because we’re following the diet exactly. Well, almost exactly.
This morning we broke the one rule that you’re never supposed to go more than 4 hours without eating. Due to church this morning, we ended up going 5 hours between breakfast and lunch. Besides that, we’ve followed everything exactly.
Dinner was pretty good tonight. Each of us had 3 oz. of grilled chicken that I cooked in a sauté pan with 1 tsp olive oil and Mrs. Dash Salt-free Italian Seasoning. We also had 1/2 cup roasted potatoes with the same seasoning and 1 cup of green beans.
We’re both really looking forward to Tuesday when we can start to eat a little wider variety of foods, especially foods with a little more flavor.
