I had the best of intentions, but when we arrived and the only place left to see the tv was standing in the kitchen by all the delicious food it was hard to resist...and oh my the chicken wings and my favorite butterscotch chip/oatmeal cookies!
But, boy was my stomach KILLING me in less than 20 minutes! I am now positive that whether there's bloat or not, the Flat Belly Diet is the "diet" for me. The food is agreeable with my stomach and very satisfying. Looks like I'll be following this plan for the long haul.

-Roasted Potatoes with Blue Cheese-Walnut "Butter"
-Banana Pancakes with Walnut "Syrup"
Tomorrow starts the last official week of the experiment. Hopefully my small splurge last night won't ruin things too much, but I don't think I lost any weight this week because when I got on the scale yesterday morning it was still at 146.
