So discouraged

Aagghh!!

I'm so discouraged. Don't know what the deal is but I have been SWOLLEN this past week. According to the scale, I gained 1.5 lbs this week and my jeans are TIGHT!

My measurements are insane...nearly back to where they were when we started. Is it even possible to gain that much in a week?

I could understand if my diet was horrific, but I stuck to the FBD menu for the majority of my meals. There were days when I was STARVING so I added one small piece of fruit and then there were other days where I barely ate anything and felt like I ate a horse.

I can't make any rhyme or reason out of this. The only thing I can think is that even though we were doing FBD approved meals, they may have had too many carbs in them, so this week I'm restricting the carb meals and adding in more salads and protein. Hopefully that will make a difference.

It's so frustrating, though, when you're eating healthy and working out (well as best as you can when you sprained your right big toe) and you're GAINING weight.

As of now, I'm entirely too embarrased to post my measurements because they're HORRIBLE.
